BodySculpt 2.0™, BodyCup 2.0™, and Waist Slimer™ are all covered. If you don’t see results after 30 days of use, simply contact our customer support at support@lumisculpt.co for a full refund. Experience the transformation, risk-free.
If you wish to return your purchase within 30 days of receiving it, you are entitled to a full refund—no proof of results required.
You are responsible for return shipping costs. Please contact us at support@lumisculpt.co for the correct return address and instructions. Include the Standard Withdrawal Form in your package (request it via email).
Once we receive and verify all items, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method. Returns sent to parcel shops or collection points will not be accepted.
Orders returned due to delivery failure (wrong address, recipient unavailable, or courier issues) are considered Returned to Sender (RTS).
- RTS orders caused by customer errors are not eligible for a refund.
 - Once received at our warehouse, we can reship at your expense.
 - Lost or discarded items cannot be refunded or replaced.

Order Cancellation & Modification
If you need to cancel or modify your order before delivery, contact us immediately.
- Orders are packed quickly (typically within one hour), so we cannot guarantee changes after packing.
 - If cancellation occurs after packing, you’ll be responsible for return shipping costs.

Purchases from Unauthorized Sellers
Returns, refunds, or replacements are only available for products purchased from our official website: support@lumisculpt.co.
We cannot process items purchased from unauthorized sellers. Contact the seller directly if you bought from an unofficial source.
Warranty
All LumiSculpt products come with a 90 Days warranty covering defects in materials, manufacturing, or software.
- Depending on the situation, your item may be repaired, replaced, credited, or discounted.
 - Defects must be reported within a reasonable time (typically 1 months) after discovery.
 - LumiSculpt covers reasonable return shipping costs.
