Payment

LumiSculpt accepts online payments via VISA, Mastercard, American Express, and ApplePay. Payments are debited when the product ships. Pre-orders are charged before shipping to streamline delivery. All amounts include VAT, and pricing is available in multiple currencies (USD, EUR, GBP, PLN, SEK, DKK, CHF, BGN, ALL, CZK, HUF, ISK, MDL, NOK, RON, RUB, RSD, TRY, UAH). Payments are securely encrypted via SSL.

Delivery

Processing takes 1–3 business days. Delivery typically takes 4–15 business days. All packages include a track and trace number, shipped from the warehouse closest to your location.

Order Cancellation & Modification

Contact us immediately if you need to cancel or modify an order. We cannot guarantee changes after the order is packed (typically within one hour). If cancellation occurs post-packing, return shipping costs are your responsibility.

Reservation of Funds

International card payments may be reserved immediately and debited upon shipping, or released per your card issuer’s rules.

Qualification for Guarantee

Use the product consistently for 30 days. Refund requests must be made after 30 days. Supporting evidence, such as before-and-after photos, may be required.

Returns

You can return your purchase within 30 days of receiving it for a full refund. Return shipping is your responsibility. Include the Standard Withdrawal Form in the package (request via support@lumisculpt.co). Refunds are issued to the original payment method once the items are received and verified. Returns sent to parcel shops or collection points will not be accepted.

Returned to Sender (RTS)

Orders returned due to delivery issues are considered RTS. RTS orders caused by customer errors are not refundable. We can reship at your expense once received. Lost or discarded packages cannot be refunded. Contact support@lumisculpt.co for assistance.

Refunds for Lost or Missing Parcels

Customers must provide a Certificate of Loss from the carrier. Refunds may be delayed or denied if documentation is not submitted within 14 days. This does not affect statutory consumer rights.

Warranty

All LumiSculpt products include a 90 days warranty covering defects in materials, manufacturing, or software. Depending on the case, items may be repaired, replaced, credited, or discounted. Defects must be reported within two months. Reasonable return shipping costs are covered. Contact support@lumisculpt.co for warranty claims.

Customer & Privacy Policy

We do not sell or share personal information. Data is collected only to process orders and stored for up to five years. Personal data is collected with your consent. You have the right to access, review, or delete your data (support@lumisculpt.co)

Purchases from Unauthorized Sellers

Only products purchased from LumiSculpt’s official website are supported. Products from unauthorized sellers are not eligible for refunds, replacements, or support.

All products are provided “as-is.” Results may vary. LumiSculpt products are not medical devices. Use at your own risk. LumiSculpt is not liable for damages due to misuse, pre-existing conditions, or external circumstances. Liability is limited to the extent permitted by law.

Force Majeure

LumiSculpt is not liable for delays or damages caused by events beyond our control, including natural disasters, war, terrorism, supply chain disruptions, or power failures.

Intellectual Property

All trademarks, logos, and content are the property of LumiSculpt/ NUELLE LLC. Unauthorized use is prohibited.

Consumer Responsibility & Use Instructions

Users must follow all product instructions. Consult a healthcare professional if you have medical concerns. Stop use if adverse effects occur. Products are certified but not intended for medical treatment.
