Return & Refund Policy

We want you to love your LumiSculpt purchase. If you're not completely satisfied, we're here to help.

Returns You have 60 days from the date you receive your item to request a return. To be eligible, your item must be unused, in the same condition you received it, and in its original packaging.

To start a return, contact us at support@lumisculpt.co with your order number. We'll provide instructions on where to send your item. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Refunds Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you of approval. Approved refunds are processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Depending on your bank, it may take additional time for the refund to post.

Non-returnable items For hygiene and safety reasons, certain personal-care items (such as masks, oils, and items that have been opened or used) may not be eligible for return unless they arrived damaged or defective.

Damaged or defective items If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@lumisculpt.co with photos, and we'll make it right with a replacement or refund.

Return shipping Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was damaged, defective, or sent in error.
