Shipping Policy
Order processing Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed. You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking once your order ships.
Delivery times Estimated delivery is 7–15 business days after processing, depending on your location. International orders may occasionally take longer due to customs processing. These are estimates, not guarantees, and delivery windows can vary during peak seasons or due to carrier delays.
Tracking Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number by email. Please allow 2–4 days for tracking information to update after dispatch.
Shipping destinations We currently ship to the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, Australia, and New Zealand. If your country isn't listed at checkout, we may not yet ship to your region.
Customs & duties International orders may be subject to import duties or taxes determined by your local customs authority. These are the customer's responsibility and are not included in the product or shipping price.
