How long does it take to see results?

How often should I use my LumiSculpt device?

Can I use multiple LumiSculpt products together?

What does the BodyCup™ do?

The BodyCup™ is a soft silicone cupping massager. It uses gentle suction to promote blood flow and help loosen the connective tissue that causes the appearance of cellulite. With regular use, skin looks and feels visibly smoother and more even.

Is vibration therapy safe for daily use?

Yes. The LumiSculpt Body Wand™ uses gentle vibration levels that are safe for daily use on most areas of the body. Avoid using over broken, sunburned, or sensitive skin. If you're pregnant or have any medical conditions, consult your doctor before use.

Can I use LumiSculpt products if I'm pregnant or postpartum?

Please consult your healthcare provider before beginning any new body care routine during pregnancy or postpartum recovery. Our products use gentle, non-invasive technology, but individual needs vary and your doctor's guidance is the safest route.

Does the SilkMousse™ work on sensitive skin?

SilkMousse™ is formulated to be gentle on skin, but we always recommend performing a patch test on a small area 24 hours before full use. If you experience any irritation, discontinue use immediately.

Does using GlowOil™ with my massager make a difference?

Yes — significantly. Using a body oil creates the optimal surface for any massager or cupping tool to glide effectively. Without oil, devices can drag or create unnecessary friction. GlowOil™ is formulated specifically for use with LumiSculpt devices and absorbs quickly without leaving a greasy residue.

How long does shipping take?

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Standard shipping typically takes 7–14 business days depending on your location. Expedited options may be available at checkout.

Do you ship internationally?

How do I track my order?

What if my product arrives damaged?
